Eligibility and Access to OCAPDD supports

Individuals wishing to receive support from OCAPDD must have a developmental disability and be residents of the Province of Ontario with priority given to those persons who are currently or were originally residents of Ottawa-Carleton.

Referrals to OCAPDD are made through a central point of access at Developmental Services Ontario Eastern Ontario. Individuals should first register with Developmental Services Ontario Eastern Ontario by calling 1-855-376-3737 to begin the referral process. The determination of priority for supports will include criticality of need, date of referral and availability of service.
