Centre de transition communautaire for Adult Integration

The goal of the Centre de transition communautaire is to integrate persons with developmental disabilities into the Ottawa community.

We offer numerous services to Francophone persons aged 18 and up. Participants must be able to function within a group of 6 to 15 people of a given performance level with the help of an instructor.

Programs are developed according to the needs and interests of each participant. This personalized approach promotes the following skills:

  • freedom of choice.
  • communication.
  • autonomy.
  • personal hygiene.
