Action! focuses on community inclusion.  Depending on the interests of individuals, activities can be in groups, such as bowling and swimming, or more individualized.  The emphasis is on building relationships and friendships and exploring interests.  Some examples of places people have gone to: Museums, outdoor festivals, Parc Omega, Byward Market, Riding the LRT, and many more.
