Support persons:

You may recall that the training mentioned earlier that it is a requirement in the standard that businesses and organizations let people with disabilities bring their support persons with them when accessing goods or services.

If you charge admission to your facility—for example at a movie theatre, museum or sports arena—the standard requires you to provide advance notice of the admission cost for support persons. That way, customers with disabilities and their support people know what to expect. You might post a notice on your website, or any place where you list your admission charges, or in any materials about your admission policies.

The standard doesn't require that you allow support persons into a facility or cultural site for free or at a reduced rate. It requires that that you provide notice on the fee, if any.
